Beer's Black (Ficus carica) is a dwarf tree that produces medium-sized fruit with a reddish-pink interior and violet skin. This young plant ranges from 2.5 to 6 inches and ships in a 3-inch-deep pot to keep your shipping costs at a minimum and to allow it to grow to maturity under your green thumb. The last picture in the ad shows typical sizes we ship. Our figs are grown by tissue culture from mature cells, which is a superior method that produces healthier plants that can fruit much sooner than if they were grown by seed.
